A scheduled appointment is time reserved for you. If you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment we require a notice of two business days.
Payment is expected at the conclusion of each appointment. Payment can be made by cash, Visa, Mastercard or debit card. If you have dental insurance, we will assist you in submitting claim forms but we do not accept the assignment of benefits as a form of payment. Reimbursement will be directed to you.
Dentistry is not always predictable and we do the best we can to stay on time. To help avoid a very frustrating situation we ask that when you come to the office for a scheduled appointment that you check in with the receptionist. If you find yourself still in the waiting room 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time please ask the receptionist to find out how much longer you will be kept waiting. If your schedule will not permit you to wait we will gladly rebook your appointment. If we are running way behind, we will make an effort to call you will in advance to let you know we are behind, and what would be a better time to come or give you the option to rebook. A good idea some patients employ is to call the office prior to leaving for their appointment to see if we are on time. You are certainly welcome to do this and we encourage it.
